DoomLift is built to be private by design. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.
No DoomLift account is required. Camera-based exercise counting and your Screen Time app selection are processed on your device. Progress and preferences can sync through your iCloud account. Apple and RevenueCat process purchase information to manage subscriptions, restore access, prevent fraud, and provide subscription analytics. We do not sell your personal data or use your app data for cross-app advertising tracking.
We use RevenueCat to validate purchases made through Apple, manage Premium access, restore purchases, and understand subscription performance. RevenueCat receives purchase history, transaction and subscription information, an anonymous app user identifier, and technical information needed to operate the service, such as app and operating-system versions and locale. The app does not send your name, email address, camera footage, Screen Time app selection, or health records to RevenueCat. We do not associate the anonymous purchase identifier with your name or email address in the app.
Apple handles payment. We do not receive your payment card or bank-account details. Monthly and annual Premium plans are paid subscriptions with no free trial for new purchases. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
When iCloud is available, DoomLift uses Apple's iCloud key-value storage to sync progress and preferences across your devices. This can include your display name, earned-time balance and activity, exercise progress, body weight and weight history, onboarding answers, and preferences. The data is stored in your iCloud account; we do not operate a server to access this backup. Screen Time selection tokens and active unlock sessions are not synced.
You can manage camera, Health, Screen Time, and notification permissions in iOS Settings. DoomLift's Settings > Delete all data removes its local app data and requests removal of its iCloud backup. This does not cancel an Apple subscription or delete transaction records held by Apple or RevenueCat. Contact us with questions or requests about purchase-related information. Transaction information may be retained as needed to provide subscription access, resolve billing issues, prevent fraud, or meet applicable obligations.
Apple provides Screen Time, on-device Vision processing, HealthKit, iCloud, and App Store purchases. RevenueCat provides subscription management and purchase analytics. See Apple's Privacy Policy and RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for their practices. Our website hosting provider also processes ordinary request information, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and secure this website.
If you email us, we receive the email address and information you choose to include so we can respond. Please do not send camera footage, health records, payment card information, or other sensitive details that are not needed for your request.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
