The trade
Four steps from scroll to sweat.
- 01
Pick the apps to block
Choose the distractions that pull you in — Instagram, TikTok, X. They're shielded with Apple's Screen Time until you earn your way in.
- 02
Do real exercise
Count reps on-device or sync your workouts and steps from Apple Health. Every minute you earn is yours to spend.
- 03
Unlock with a live countdown
Prepay a fixed block of time. A live countdown shows exactly what you bought — in the app, the Dynamic Island, and on your Lock Screen.
- 04
Finish early, get refunded
Lock back before time's up and the unused seconds are refunded instantly. The countdown is the money.
Earn it your way
Two honest ways to mint time.
On-device · Apple Vision
Camera rep counter
Push-ups, pull-ups, squats, sit-ups, and jumping jacks — counted live on your device with Apple's Vision framework. No third-party SDK, no account.
The camera never records or uploads. Frames go from the sensor to the pose detector and are discarded.
Automatic · Apple Health
Workouts & steps
Already moving? Your workouts and steps credit automatically. Anchored queries mean nothing is ever double-counted.
Read-only access to the activity you already track. Your numbers stay on your iPhone.
New · Exercise alarm
Your alarm stops when you move.
Set a wake-up alarm that only goes quiet once you've done your reps. The camera counts squats, push-ups, or jumping jacks right beside your bed — and every rep is credited straight to your screen-time balance.
- Rings through Silent and Focus (iOS 26.1+)
- Stopping it means doing your reps, counted by the camera
- Wake-up reps credit straight to your time bank
On iOS 26.1 and later, DoomLift uses Apple's AlarmKit — a true system alarm that rings even if the app is closed. On older versions the alarm arrives as a chain of loud notifications instead.
Mon–Fri alarm
07:00
Do 10× squats to turn off the alarm
Honest by design
The countdown is the money.
Your remaining time is derived from the wall clock — not an in-memory timer you could cheat or lose. Close the app, restart your phone, swap devices. Your time is still your time.
- Survives app close & reboot
- Live on Lock Screen & Dynamic Island
- Unused seconds refunded to the cent
Banked balance

Private by design
Nothing leaves your iPhone.
There is no server, no tracking, and no analytics. Your activity, your blocked apps, and your banked time stay where they belong.
No analytics
We don't measure you. There's no SDK quietly phoning home.
On-device only
Pose detection and your ledger live entirely on your phone.

Questions
Straight answers.
Yes. The rep counter runs entirely on-device with Apple's Vision framework. The camera never records or uploads anything — frames go straight from the sensor to the pose detector and are discarded. No third-party SDK, no account.
It uses Apple's Screen Time (Managed Settings) to shield the apps you choose. They stay locked behind a custom shield until you've earned and spent time to open them.
Your time is still your time. The remaining countdown is derived from the wall clock, not an in-memory timer — so quitting the app or rebooting never changes your balance.
Two ways. Count reps live with the camera — push-ups, pull-ups, squats, sit-ups, and jumping jacks — or let Apple Health credit your workouts and steps automatically, with anchored queries so nothing is double-counted.
On iOS 26.1 and later it's a true system alarm: it rings through Silent and Focus, and stopping it drops you straight into the rep challenge — the sound only ends when your reps are done. On older iOS versions the alarm rings as a chain of loud notifications instead, so it works as a very insistent reminder.
No streaks, no gimmicks, no surprise paywall. DoomLift is an honest trade: move your body, buy your time.
